Lebo Commercial Properties was founded by Charles (Chuck) Lebo.

Chuck started his real estate career in 1974 with R D Wade Builder, a local home contractor that sold thousands of homes over several decades. He sold several hundred residential units over the next thirteen years primarily in Charlottesville and in Hilton Head Island, SC, during the years of 1984-1987.

In 1987 he became a partner in Smith/Lebo, a real estate firm working primarily with the commercial property market.

In 1994 Chuck became president of Lebo Commercial Properties specializing in sales, leasing and commercial property management. The company presently represents Rio Hill Shopping Center, Heritage Place Shopping Center at Lake Monticello, and the Sherwin-Williams Shopping Center, all located in Charlottesville, Va.

Chuck is a past President of the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association and Virginia Representative to the National Association of Home Builders.
